The starting point was Abu Hail in Dubai, and now we deliver our tasty dishes to other cities in the UAE, such as Ajman and Silicon. And looking forward to extend our branch network across the UAE.

Koshary (“KOSHA-RY”), which can also be spelled Koushary, Kushari, or Koshari, is one of the most popular traditional street foods in Egypt. It is made of rice, macaroni, and lentils mixed together, topped with spiced tomato sauce and garlic vinegar, and garnished with chickpeas and crispy fried onions. It is served with a sprinkle of garlic sauce.Tajin is pasta, but not like the Italian version. It is baked in the oven using our special secret recipe that will take you straight to the taste of Egypt as if you were right next to the Pyramids.

Our dream was to transfer the flavor of the distinctive Egyptian food to the UAE and make all the its residents taste a dish they had never dived into before. Here wasthe beginning and the starting point was Abu Hail in Dubai. Now we have expanded our network and increased our branches so that all our customers can enjoy the Egyptian atmosphere in the UAE!
Our vision is to grow our restaurant network in 2026 as we look forward to opening new branches to cover all areas of Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Our ambition knows no bounds, as in 2027 we are planning to expanding our network to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.
The Abu Hail location was the first branch we launched, where we worked hard and presented Koshary, the most popular dish in Egypt in the traditional Cairo way, attracted customers was admired throughout Dubai. Since, we gained our confidence from every word of praise and thanks; we are pleased that our customers enjoy our taste and Egyptian atmosphere.
Over the past months, we impressed our customers and received positive feedback from them, along with many requests for the necessity of having a branch in Ajman. This encouraged us to open our largest family-style restaurant there. When you are ready to take your kids out for a meal, 3am Hanafy will meet your expectations and offer a great dining experience.
